We are four people who run the back office function of a
number of companies in Ireland. We have been in business since 1991 and have had quite a few successful client engagements.
We have two Finance professionals and another with a background in IT and Project Management.
Our time is structured so that we work during the work day and avoid wasteful overtime*. We are big fans of outsourcing and the products of Mindjet and 37 Signals. We have a Results Only Work Environment (ROWE) and we keep overheads low by being flexible, using smart technology and working remotely.
Our expertise is in connecting the business to the
technology by first working with the human systems and then the
technology. We believe that by first working on the non technology parts first produces exponentialy better results than concentrating on computers alone.
Our systems are light and robust and because we use them every day we know they work. We test relentlessly test and if we find a new idea we test it, try to break it and if it stands up to the testing we use it.
